49ers defensive end Nick Bosa has not practiced since August 3 due to pain in his surgically repaired right knee, but coach Kyle Shanahan expressed optimism about his return. "He's doing good. Hoping he can get into practice next week," Shanahan said.
Bosa suffered a torn ACL in his right knee in Week Three of last season and previously missed most of the 2020 season with a torn left ACL. Shanahan wants to see Bosa participate in three practices before the team leaves for Australia for the season opener against the Rams. truewildgame.com
