The Knights staged an 8‑0 run in the final 2:06 of regulation, with Riley Kugel scoring the decisive points. Jamichael Stillwell and John Bol each added four points in overtime as UCF edged Cincinnati 66‑65 in the second round of the Big 12 tournament in Kansas City.

The win improves UCF to 21‑10 and places them 46th in the NET rankings, putting them in contention for an at‑large bid to the NCAA tournament. They will face top‑seeded Arizona on March 12.
