The Mist, who lost to the Phantom twice during the regular season, overcame an early 24-point first quarter from Plum to claim the title and a $600,000 prize pool. Each Mist player will receive $100,000, double what Rose BC earned for winning last season.
Plum scored a playoff-record 40 points for the Phantom, going 6-of-7 from three-point range. The Mist used a 10-0 run in the third quarter highlighted by Stewart's hook shot, three-pointer, and and-one play to take control of the game.
